Accessibility Services
The Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell recongnizes the needs of guests with disabilities. The arena is fully complaint with ADA accessibility guidelines. Handicap parking is limited and subject to availabilty in the Tsongas Center parking lots.
Parking
Parking lots are handicap accessible. Hang tags or plates are needed for accessible parking and is a first come, first served basis.
Wheelchair Escorts
Tsongas Center Event Staff members will guide guests with mobility challenges to their seating location and to other amenities within the facility. If necessary, a wheelchair can be provided. Escort services are available at East Entrance by contact an event staff team member. Patrons are able to drop off anyone with mobility challenges at the East Entrance.
Please note that our staff nor wheelchair can remain with you throughout the event.
Elevator
An elevator is available at the Tsongas Center and located on the lobby level at Main Lobby Entrance. The elevator makes all levels of the arena accessible. You will need to be escorted by our Guest Services or Event Staff for handicap floor seated shows.
Restrooms
All restrooms, on all levels, are accessible.
Service Animals
Service Animals/Guide Dogs are permitted in the Tsongas Center. All other animals are prohibited.
