Ticket Prices Are Now All In
Starting May 12, 2025, the Federal Trade Commission implemented a new rule that ticket sellers list the total (or “All-In Price”) of a ticket at the beginning of the ticket buying process. TsongasCenter.com made this change to all-in pricing in Q1 of 2025 and continue to follow the new rule. All primary ticket sales through TsongasCenter.com will display the All-In Price up front. The All-In price includes the ticket price, and any mandatory fees required to purchase a ticket. For transparency, the cart page will show the breakout between ticket price and the fees.

Cancelled or Postponed Events
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, information will be sent to ticket purchasers. If an event is canceled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. In the event of a cancelation, the paid ticket price will be refunded. Fees and charges associated with the ticket purchase may be retained. Tickets purchased with a credit card will be refunded to the original card used to purchase the tickets. The Tsongas Center is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sources.
Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final, there are no refunds or exchanges. Note that ticket prices and fees are subject to change at any time and there are no adjustments or exchanges for previously purchased tickets.
SeatGeek: Buy or Sell Tickets
SeatGeek is the official fan-to-fan marketplace of the Tsongas Center. To sell your tickets on SeatGeek, log into your Tsongas Center Ticket account and go to My Account, then click Sell on SeatGeek.
Ticket Insurance
If you purchased ticket insurance, you can contact TicketGuardian at help@protecht.com or at 1-844-849-4827 to file a claim and request a refund. TicketGuardian refunds are not available at the Ticket Office and are only available to those who purchased ticket insurance during their online purchase.
