The Parking Supervisor will be coordinating and supervising the parking operations for Tsongas Center, LeLacheur Park, and Kennedy Family Athletic Complex. All aspects pertaining to event parking management and assigned traffic control. Work involves responsibility for the supervision of on-site Parking Ambassadors and the coordination of all operational activities. Employees in this position are expected to be able to perform any and all work tasks and comply with any work schedules, attendance, or duty requirements that may be established by department rules. Work is performed with considerable independence under the general direction of the event manager.

The Parking Ambassador is generally responsible for the successful Tsongas Center, LeLacheur Park, and Kennedy Family Athletic Complex guest parking experience, including processing cashless transactions and validating pre-sold parking passes. The job also includes directing vehicles into parking stalls and through campus roadways and parking lots associated with event guests at Tsongas Center, LeLacheur Park, and Kennedy Family Athletic Complex.

Responsible for the Tsongas Center’s “In-House Entertainment”. As part of the Audio/Visual Staff you will help build and deliver the arena show for our patrons, creating an exciting atmosphere and experience for all games and many events. Duties and responsibilities include working within the arena’s control room, operating cameras, running cables, and setting up additional A/V systems as needed. As part of the crew, you will gain hands-on experience working with state-of-the-art broadcasting and live production equipment

Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking dependable and detail-oriented part-time Grounds Crew to support year-round operations at both LeLacheur Park and the Tsongas Center. This team is essential to maintaining the professional standards of each venue, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and fully prepared for events.
